Service Availability

Services are provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of access and features. Service availability is subject to our Service Level Agreement.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Billing and Renewal

Generated reports and insights are provided for your use but remain subject to our intellectual property rights in the underlying methodologies.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

Data Accuracy

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other material breaches. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and your data will be retained according to our data retention policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SEO Suite is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims of intellectual property infringement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
